I believe that choosing a wedding photographer is about more than just hiring someone with a camera to document your day. Your wedding photographer should be someone who makes you feel comfortable, someone who eases the craziness of a wedding day, and makes you remember what matters most.
In addition to acting as photographer, I love wearing the many hats a wedding day involves - as a quiet observer, veil fluff-er, bouquet holder, bad-joke-teller, and cheerleader as you say “I do” to spending the rest of your life with your best friend, I promise that every time you look at an image of your wedding day, you’ll be reminded of exactly how you felt.
I started because it's an honor to watch the connection between two people grow through every season. Though I’ve been featured in some my favorite wedding magazine blogs, I’m most proud of showcasing each and every couple’s story and the start to their legacy.
When I’m not spending my weekends capturing beautiful wedding days (hello, #CareerGoals), you’ll find me spending time with my husband Morgan, my high school sweetheart, our kids Reese & Sullivan, and our sweet pups, Mack and Walter, AKA the greatest office assistants ever. Chances are, we’re likely busy making my crazy dreams come to life as we renovate our 1900s farmhouse, trying to keep my plethora of house plants alive, or catching up on our latest television binge.

Your wedding photographer should be someone who makes you feel comfortable, someone who eases the craziness of a wedding day, and makes you remember what matters most.

WEDDING ALBUMS
One of the best ways to make your wedding memories last is by ordering an
album. These high quality professionally designed albums come in a variety
of linen & leather colors.
These aren’t the same albums your parents wedding photos came in.
They’re modern, lay perfectly flat and look incredible on coffee tables.

20 page 10x10 Album: $1250
Additional 2-page Spread: $50
20 page 8x8 Duplicate Parent Albums: $950

ORDERING
All albums must be prepaid before design begins. Albums typically take between 4 to 6
weeks to complete and include several rounds of revision. With the exception of printing
errors, all albums are non-returnable. Albums may be ordered anytime before or after the
wedding day. The holiday deadline for beginning an order is November 1st.
I do this for a living and I still always feel a little out of place when we have our photos taken every year. I’m a big fan of engagement sessions for a few reasons. First, they allow you to get comfortable in front of the camera. It takes time for most couples to warm up to being photographed and understand how I pose. Timelines can be pretty tight on weddings days and 30 minutes may be all we have for portraits-which is why I’ve found that wedding day portraits turn out so much better when couples do engagement sessions ahead of time. Second, you can showcase your personalities in a more casual setting that is significant to the two of you (and even include pets!) While they’re great for save-the-dates, we’ve taken engagement photos anywhere from 18 months in advance to a few days before the wedding. Lastly, engagements are a great opportunity to travel somewhere fun to commemorate a fun season!
Because I feel that this is such a service to you, all of my collections include a complimentary session.

Yay!! To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a $1500
non-refundable retainer. If you don’t have a contract yet, just let me know and I’ll

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
My goal is to take romantic photos that capture the story of the wedding day. My priority is not just the bride and groom, but their family and friends
who are there to celebrate with them! I think the details, setting, and guests at a
wedding are all so important to capture in order to really show what the wedding
was all about. I love portraits that feel natural and not stiff, but I always give lots
of direction to my couples in order to achieve that look! I make it a priority to
help couples feel comfortable in front of my camera - that’s when photos feel the
most authentic and natural!
DO YOU SHOOT FILM OR DIGITAL?
I am a digital film photographer that loves imagery that emulates that of film
photography, without the risk of missing a moment with film technology.
WHEN DO YOU CHARGE TRAVEL FEES?
Typically travel fees are added on to any wedding or engagement session outside of a 60 mile radius
from our home in Finksburg, Maryland. I travel often for my work and LOVE that part of my job, so we like to make it super easy for my couples to take us with them to their wedding- all you’ll need to cover is the cost of getting us there (generally a flight + rental car), plus a hotel for myself and my second shooter for the duration of the event!
